Akatsuki Shirt Itachi is clearly the overprotective older brother, but his love for Sasuke is believable. Kishimoto does a good job demonstrating how the relationship works. Despite the relationship between Sasuke and Itachi, the two are still close and very emotional. Kishimoto has a knack for conveying the nuances of human relationships, and his work in the manga shows this well.
