Celebrating International Day of Persons with Disabilities at Delhi Airport
Ensuring growth at a global level entails the development of people from all walks of life, including the disabled category. If specially-abled individuals do not enjoy the same rights and equal access to resources as abled people, it would mean a failure to uphold human rights. So, to remind ourselves of the necessity of disability inclusion and to promote an understanding of the problems of people belonging to this category, December 3 is celebrated as International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
