Eaton Char-lynn Motor – motor Management System Analysis

According to     Eaton Char-lynn Motor    : In modern cars powered by gasoline and diesel motors, the motor management system referred to as EMS has been rapidly developed due to its low emission, low fuel consumption and high power, and is increasingly popular.

EMS uses various sensors to convert the motor intake air volume, cooling water temperature, motor speed and acceleration and deceleration into electrical signals and send them to the controller. The controller compares this information with the stored information and outputs the control signal after accurate calculation. EMS not only can precisely control the fuel supply to replace the traditional carburetor, but also can control the ignition advance angle and idle air flow, which greatly improves the motor performance.

By precise control of fuel injection and ignition, pollutant emissions can be reduced by 50%; if an oxygen sensor and a three-way catalytic converter are used, more than 90% of toxic emissions can be reduced in a narrow range of λ=1. In the idle adjustment range, due to the use of the idle speed regulator, the idle speed is reduced by about 100~150 rpm, and the fuel consumption is further reduced by 3~4%. If knock control is used, the motor power can be increased by 3~5% in the full load range, and it can adapt to different quality fuels.

With the increasingly stringent emission regulations worldwide, the adoption of EMS systems has become an irresistible trend. Therefore, UAES products have broad application prospects in the process of advancing the modernization of China’s automobile industry.
