Huading offers specialized stainless steel U joints that are specifically designed for harsh environments. These high-quality universal joints are ideal for applications that require exceptional strength and durability in corrosive or sterile conditions.
Our standard stainless steel U joints are crafted from AISI 303 and AISI 416 stainless steel. The joint yokes are made from AISI 303, while the pins and blocks are constructed from hardened AISI 416 stainless steel. This combination ensures superior strength and enhanced resistance to wear. We also have the flexibility to manufacture components using other grades of stainless steel to meet the precise requirements of our customers’ applications.
To provide additional protection in challenging environments, our U joints can be equipped with lubricant retaining boots that cover the pins and blocks.
