UCEED Coaching Institute in Delhi

IIT Bombay conducts the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) to shortlist candidates for B. Des Admission to IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur. Admission to colleges that accept UCEED scores is based on the results of this exam.

The total number of seats for admission is 105, with 30 seats each at IIT-Bombay and IIITDM-Jabalpur, and 45 seats at IIT-Guwahati.

UCEED 2023 Eligibility Criteria-

In order to appear for the UCEED 2023 exam, you must meet the following criteria:

To be eligible for UCEED 2023, candidates must have been born after October 1, 1998, if they are from the open category or the OBC-NCL category, and after October 1, 1993, if they are from the SC, ST, or PWD category.

A maximum of two attempts will be allowed in consecutive years.

In 2022 or in 2023, candidates should have passed the qualifying examination, which is class 12 or equivalent. Applicants who passed in 2021 or earlier are not eligible to apply. The exam is open to students from all streams.

The eligibility criteria for applying for B. Des after UCEED 2023 exam are as follows-

In order to be eligible to apply for the B. Des programme, candidates must be born on or after October 1, 1998, if they belong to the open or OBC-NCL category, and on or after October 1, 1993, if they belong to the SC, ST, or PWD category.

In the UCEED 2023 exam, candidates must have achieved the qualified rank.

In 2022 or 2023, candidates should have passed the qualifying examination, which is the class 12th or equivalent. The exam is open to students from all streams.

IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur accept applications from science stream students with physics, chemistry, and maths as subjects. For candidates from any other stream, such as science without physics, chemistry, or maths, commerce, arts, Best Coaching Institute for Design Entrance Exam, or humanities, only IIT Bombay and IIITDM Jabalpur are open.
