My usual eyeliner look involves tightlining my lower lid waterline with black pencil because it brings my round shaped eyes up and out. If I’m being honest, I’m also not the most skilled at drawing a winged line so for everyday makeup I just stay away. But if you give me a colored liquid liner, I take that as a challenge to go bold.
