MicaText started when our founder was calling around to try and find an accountant, and the first 3 businesses didn't answer the phone or call back for many hours. By the time these businesses responded, a decision was made of who to work with already.The fourth company didn't pick up either, but the business owner sent a text message about 20 minutes after the missed call saying they'd call back right away. That firm eventually received our founder's long-term business, just because they quickly and professionally followed up after a missed call. MicaText (which stands for “Missed call, Text”) was born from this interaction to help business owners be the first to respond after a missed call, create a professional first impression for potential clients, and win more business with a great "speed to lead" workflow.
