Architectural BIM Modeling for Glenfern
Tesla Outsourcing Services executed a comprehensive architectural BIM modeling project for the “Glenfern” residential development located in Australia. The scope involved transforming 2D design drafts into detailed 3D models for 13 different house types using Revit software at LOD 350. Achieving a high level of accuracy with a tolerance of +/- 15mm, the team successfully completed the modeling within a rapid turnaround time of 15 to 16 days, effectively facilitating the transition to final construction drawings.
