DLZL-DAT01 Data Acquisition System Air Conditioning Training System
DLZL-DAT01 data acquisition system air conditioning training machine is mounted on a movable workbench, all refrigeration components are clearly visible and the control elements are simple and convenient to operate . The supply air moves through the ventilation duct, which is made of metal pipes and equipped with transparent glass to facilitate the observation of the air conditions at multiple monitoring points along the duct.
The ventilation duct contains important components such as hair dryers, heating devices, humidifiers, refrigeration evaporator devices, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, wind speed sensors, etc., providing diversified functions and learning experiences for practical training. Such a system can not only simulate the ventilation and air conditioning process in the actual environment.
Equipment Features
1.The training unit is constructed with a removable steel workbench. The electrical components and refrigeration components are neatly arranged on the unit for easy understanding. The refrigeration circuit is silk-screened on the front panel . The refrigeration lines are color-coded red and blue to indicate the status of the refrigerant.
2.Instrument panel: Circuit breaker and residual current protection device , voltmeter, ammeter , indicator lights , key selector switch , digital temperature gauge , clear and color-coded system diagram and connection schematic.
3.Information collection system: After the system is assembled, the display screen can display the data of the refrigeration system and electrical system, including voltage, current, frequency, power, high and low pressure, time and other values. It also includes the system schematic diagram, which can clearly show the system operation data.
Transparent sections in the refrigerant lines of the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Trainer allow students to observe phase changes as refrigerant travels through the system. Temperature and pressure gauges installed at various points provide learners with real-time data, enabling them to grasp complex refrigeration cycle concepts.
