Does Modalert 200 treat narcolepsy?

One of the main symptoms of narcolepsy is excessive daytime drowsiness, which is often treated with modalert 200 (modafinil). Modalert enhances wakefulness and alertness by raising the brain’s levels of dopamine and other neurotransmitters. It is useful for increasing alertness throughout the day, but it doesn’t effectively cure other narcolepsy symptoms including cataplexy, which is characterised by abrupt muscular paralysis. Although modalert 200 is usually well accepted, it should only be taken under a doctor’s supervision to keep an eye out for any possible adverse effects or drug interactions.
