Epoxy Coated Plain Steel Wire Mesh
Epoxy coated plain steel screen mesh is made by using the principle of electrostatic spraying to absorb eco-friendly epoxy resin powder on the surface of the plain steel wire mesh, after a certain time of high temperature curing, the epoxy resin powder is melted and covered on the plain steel mesh, so a dense protective layer is formed.
After epoxy powder coating, the interweaving point of the iron steel mesh is fixed, the warp and weft wire is vertical, the mesh holes is uniform, not easy to loose and deform, the support for the filter paper is strengthened. Meanwhile, the screen is soft, easy to pleat, the coating is uniform with even and consistent color.
