FGD and Sewage Slurry Pump – WDL( R )
Fuel & Gas Desulfurization (FGD) slurry pumps are designed to ensure stable, continuous circulation of desulfurization slurry in fuel treatment and flue gas desulfurization systems. In power plants, refineries, and industrial desulfurization units, these pumps play a critical role in transporting overflow water, gray water, and low-concentration slurry that conventional clean water pumps cannot reliably handle.
Based on the INDUX® slurry pump design concept, Fuel & Gas Desulfurization slurry pumps combine robust hydraulic performance, easy maintenance, and flexible material options, making them a dependable choice for demanding desulfurization environments.
Engineered for Desulfurization Working Conditions
Unlike standard clean water pumps, Fuel & Gas Desulfurization slurry pumps are specifically developed for media containing fine solid particles and slight abrasiveness. They are ideal for handling:
Overflow water and gray water generated during desulfurization processes
Backflow water from tailings ponds and process tanks
Low-concentration slurry with solid weight concentration below 5%
Fine particles with median particle size ≤ 0.1 mm
This makes them particularly suitable for FGD systems where stable slurry circulation is essential for sulfur removal efficiency and environmental compliance.
