How does a customer use restaurant delivery software?
In the past, a customer would have to call a restaurant and place an order for food. Now, with the help of restaurant delivery software, customers can use an app to order food from their favorite restaurants.
The customer will first need to download the restaurant delivery software onto their phone or computer. They then search for restaurants in their area and choose one they would like to order from. Once they have chosen a restaurant, they can browse through what is available on the menu and place an order. The customer will also be able to see how long it will take for their food to be delivered before they confirm their order.
The customer will not need to pay until after the food has been delivered by selecting “pay now” on the app.
