A mobile loan signing agent is a notary public who conducts loan document signings outside of a bank or escrow office. This is applicable to all loans, including refinances and home loans. The job of the mobile loan signing agent is to verify the borrower’s identity, ensure that all documents are properly signed and notarized, and present the completed loan package to the lender or title company.
