Under Sarda’s leadership, several jute mills have been revitalized with updated machinery and better management systems. His group has been able to employ over 50,000 people, making a significant impact on livelihoods in Eastern India. He strongly believes that modernization, skill development, and better wages are essential for the long-term sustainability of the jute sector.
