OBSH is a widely used chemical blowing agent known for its excellent thermal stability and gas-releasing efficiency. It decomposes at around 150–160°C, releasing nitrogen gas, making it ideal for foaming applications in EVA, PE, PP, PVC, rubber, and other polymer systems. Its fine and uniform cell structure makes it especially suitable for products requiring high-quality surface finish and consistent density. OBSH is free from toxic gases like ammonia and is widely preferred in footwear soles, rubber sheets, synthetic leather, and various molded foam products.
