PTC Heater for Ventilator
PTC heater for ventilator is a type of tubular PTC heater. Due to its water-heating feature, it can be used for the core part of ventilator. Unlike other traditional heating material, it is equipped with self-regulating PTC elements, thus will not be damaged even if it is under the condition that with no water flow, and has longer service life. In addition, it is less power-aging and more energy-saving. Power will be adjusted by water temperature and flow rate.
Remark:
– Housing material can be chose among a variety group of material including aluminum, stainless steel or cooper to suit for different application.
– Diameter can be designed ranging from 5-25 mm. Length can be designed ranging from 60-200 mm.
Product feature
As Self-regulation PTC elements. PTC Heater will not be damaged even if under the condition without water flow. Figure 1 shows the relationship between resistance and temperature of PTC. As it is shown, the temperature increase leads resistance increase, thus power will go down.
