R404a Refrigeration Compressor

The refrigeration and freezing scroll compressor is a type of compressor equipment specifically used in the refrigeration and freezing fields. It is mainly composed of a stationary scroll plate, an orbiting scroll plate, a driving motor, a compressor body, and related sealing, lubricating, and control systems. The stationary scroll plate remains stationary while the orbiting scroll plate makes a translational motion around the center of the stationary scroll plate under the drive of the driving motor, forming multiple crescent-shaped compression chambers between them.

 

During operation, gaseous refrigerant enters the crescent-shaped compression chambers on the periphery of the stationary scroll plate through the suction port. As the orbiting scroll plate rotates, the volume of these compression chambers gradually decreases, causing the refrigerant to be continuously compressed, and its pressure and temperature to rise accordingly. Eventually, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant after being compressed is discharged from the exhaust port at the center of the stationary scroll plate and enters subsequent components such as the condenser in the refrigeration and freezing system, completing a compression cycle and thus realizing the refrigeration function.

 

The refrigeration and freezing scroll compressor has the following major advantages:

 

• High Efficiency and Energy Saving: Multiple compression chambers work simultaneously, and the gas pressure difference between adjacent compression chambers is relatively small, resulting in less gas leakage and a relatively high volumetric efficiency. It can achieve a good refrigeration effect with less electricity consumption, effectively reducing the operating costs of refrigeration and freezing equipment.

 

• Smooth Operation: The orbiting scroll plate makes a translational motion with little change in torque during the movement process and high balance, so the compressor as a whole has low vibration and noise, and operates very smoothly. This is especially important for refrigeration and freezing places with high environmental noise requirements, such as the refrigerated areas in supermarkets and hospitals.

 

• Compact Structure: There are no complex reciprocating motion mechanisms, and the number of components is relatively small, making the entire compressor small in size and light in weight, facilitating its installation and layout in various refrigeration and freezing equipment, such as refrigerated trucks and medical freezers, saving precious space resources.

 

• High Reliability: There are fewer moving parts and slow wear, coupled with a good sealing and lubricating system, enabling the compressor to operate stably for a long time, reducing equipment failures and downtime, and ensuring the continuous normal operation of the refrigeration and freezing system.

In terms of voltage adaptation range, it covers various options such as 12V, 24V, 48V, 96V, 144V, 312V, and 540V.
