Thermal Interface Materials, also known as TIM materials, are used between heat-generating components and heat sinks, metal housings, cold plates or other cooling structures. Their main function is to fill microscopic air gaps, reduce thermal resistance, and improve heat transfer from electronic components to the cooling system.

Kanronics provides a wide range of Thermal Interface Materials for electronics, power modules, communication equipment, EV battery systems, LED lighting, industrial control devices, medical equipment and high-performance computing applications. Our product range includes thermal silicone pads, graphene thermal pads, low silicone outgassing thermal pads, low-dielectric thermal pads, thermally conductive EMI absorbing pads, phase change thermal materials, thermal gels, PI film insulating sheets, glass fiber insulating sheets and carbon fiber thermal pads.

Whether your project requires high thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, low compression force, low outgassing, EMI absorption, thin bond line thickness or customized die-cut shapes, Kanronics can help you choose a suitable thermal interface solution according to your structure, heat source, gap size and assembly process.
