Indie games, or Gamepublisher by independent developers, are gaining in notoriety and popularity. Although they often don’t contain all the bells and whistles of professionally developed games, they can still log an impressive amount of plays and earn the attention of top publishing houses. But, even independent games need some funding to get off.
