Sam Menzin

Sam Menzin is a sports executive, entrepreneur, and baseball advisor known for leadership in recruiting, player acquisition, analytics, and investment strategy. He founded a baseball recruiting platform in 2025, creating athlete profiles, coach databases, matching tools, and recruiting systems to help student-athletes gain nationwide exposure. As CEO, he oversees marketing, compliance, analytics, client relations, and outreach, and builds relationships with college coaches. He also serves as an analyst and principal at a consulting firm, advising investors and ownership groups on sports assets and operations. His passion for baseball grew from an early interest in analytics and continued through four years as a collegiate player. He gained experience through internships in professional baseball before spending 14 years with a league organization, rising from intern to VP and Assistant General Manager. He earned a BA in History with a minor in Psychology and is completing an Executive MBA.
