Linsheng – Air Compressor Head Stuck: What Reasons?

The head of air compressor is often stuck in operation. 1. Poor clearance at exhaust end. Generally, users use two heavy duty working weeks. When stuck, the gap value should be easily determined by measuring the disassembly failure.

  

2. Oil quality problems. Due to the oil is not timely, poor quality, mixed with oil or dirty oil and other reasons resulting in poor head cooling, so that the rotor and chassis coke sintering together, occurred in the rotor exhaust end and shell or rotor shaft of the round hole and chassis parts.

  

3. The air intake gap at the head end is not stuck properly. Inlet can be seen with the naked eye whether the inlet end sintering phenomenon, failed exhaust end positioning bearing wear is too large, caused by the axial displacement of the intake end intake gap is too small, generally common self-repair nose, positioning nut tightening torque is not appropriate.

  

4, reversed. When inverted, the thrust generated by compressed air will push the rotor towards the exhaust end, resulting in metal contact sintering and sticking, so the switch replacement will only occur when the protection fails or when the motor wiring is replaced.

  

5. Foreign body stuck. The foreign body was inhaled through the air inlet, causing it to stick.
