Our Teflon coating process most unique. We have the right tools and materials in-house to properly prepare the parts for Teflon coating as improper preparation is the leading cause of failure for ceramic coatings. Ceramic coating is primarily used for high temperature applications. The ceramic we use can withstand operating temperatures of over 1600 degrees Fahrenheit. We only use fresh ceramic material; ceramic has a short shelf life and will not provide a reliable coating if it is expired.
