The Shifting Landscape of Television

The landscape of television consumption is rapidly evolving. According to a recent report, linear TV, once the dominant player, now accounts for less than 50% of all TV usage. Cable TV holds 27.5% and broadcast TV stands at 22.2%.

This data is a significant shift from just a few months ago and a year-over-year decline. But what’s driving this change in viewing habits?

Jasper Colin conducted extensive research, surveying 250,000 adults across major US cities to find the answers.

The numbers clearly indicate a shift towards digital platforms, with streaming services leading the charge. Many are considering cutting the cord, signaling a transformation in the TV landscape.
