Our multidisciplinary team includes nuclear-grade sealing engineers, valve experts, materials scientists, and electromechanical engineers. Together, they bring academic rigor and real-world experience to the development of high-integrity valve solutions. We collaborate with leading research institutions—including Lanzhou University of Technology’s National Key Friction Laboratory, the Ningbo Institute of Materials, East China University of Science and Technology, and the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics—to conduct in-depth studies on low-leakage graphite sealing systems and the root causes of sealing failures. Magpie Valve’s commitment to excellence is backed by comprehensive testing and validation. We hold multiple international certifications, such as API 622, API 624, API 641, ISO 15848-1, TA-Luft, and ISO 15848-1 CC3. Our testing program has evaluated nearly 500 valve products—including gate, globe, and ball valves—under extreme conditions ranging from -196°C to 400°C and pressures up to Class 2500 LB. These efforts not only ensure compliance with global standards but also push the boundaries of reliability, safety, and innovation in valve manufacturing.
