KRD20 Pneumatic Bump Test Machine

KRD20 bump test machine is a fully automatic pneumatic lift vertical bump test system. It is applicable to measure and determine the bump resistance of components, pieces of equipment, and other electro-technical product during transportation or in use. It provides a standard procedure for determining the ability of a specimen to withstand specified resistance of bump. The bump test may also be used as a means of determining the satisfactory design of a specimen in terms of structural integrity.  It is mainly a standard pulse-shaped repetitive shock to a specimen on a bump tester, with a specified peak acceleration and duration.

The system composition diagram of the bump test machine mainly includes a test machine table, control measuring instrument, air system acceleration sensor, waveform generator, etc.

KRD20 pneumatic bump testing table is composed of a working table, shock plate, base, air cylinder, guide rod, sensor, damper, etc. The system block diagram is shown in the following.

 

A pneumatic pump test machine is a pneumatic lift vertical bump tester. The air pressure release system is adopted to increase the bumping energy and achieve a greater end-of-bump velocity, thereby achieving the specified bump acceleration.

The shock amplifier is a device that uses the rebound energy of the ordinary impact shock table to realize the opposite impact between the servo table and the seat on the amplifier so that the impact acceleration is multiplied.

 

WAVEFORM GENERATORS OF KRD20 PNEUMATIC BUMP TEST MACHINE

 

The pneumatic pump test machine is equipped with a fixed pulse width half-sine wave generator. The half-sine wave generator is mainly made of engineering rubber (considering the stiffness and cohesive force of rubber). The waveform generator is cylindrical and generally designed in several different thicknesses. Different thicknesses are connected in series to form multiple stiffnesses to achieve different bump pulse widths.
