EX03201-A01 is a 3.2-inch diagonal 240×320 portrait standard TFT LCD display module. The dimension size of this module is 55.04×77.5 mm, size of active area is 48.6×64.7 mm. This TFT display module uses ILI9341 driver IC which supports MCU8BIT interface. This 3.2-inch TFT LCD module has brightness 300 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 900:1. The module works within the temperature -20 to +60℃, storage temperature ranges from -30 to +70℃.This single-display module is suitable for use in industry, household appliances, toys and  medical treatment,etc.
