Natural Cocoa Butter

Cocoa butter, also called theobroma oil, is a pale-yellow or light brown solid fat extracted from the cocoa bean. Cocoa beans are removed from the large cacao plant. They are then roasted, stripped, and pressed to separate out the fat, known as cocoa butter.

Applications of Natural Cocoa Butter

The Skyswan natural cocoa butter is pure prime pressed. It has an extremely strong cocoa flavor and aroma. It is essential for high-grade pure chocolates. 

 

Cocoa butter is sometimes deodorized to remove the strong cocoa taste and aroma.
