Organic Erythritol

Pekhill’s organic erythritol is made from organic glucose through fermentation, crystallization and other processes. It is white crystals, irregular granules, with a refreshing sweetness, not easy to absorb moisture, stable at high temperature, stable in a wide pH range, and in the mouth. It has a mild cooling sensation when dissolved and is suitable for a variety of foods. Pekhill’s erythritol production is stable at about 100,000 tons.
