Cutter Marks As Machined

Polish with #320 Paper
Removing the cut marks with a light sand paper, but will leave a uniform sand paper scratch mark on the surface of machined parts.
Polish with 400 Paper
This sand paper is smoother than 320 paper.
Light sandblast will remove light cut marks and paper marks, achieving a smooth, even surface finish on the machining parts.
Heavy Sandblast removes heavier cuts and scratches left by sandpaper and gives it a light texture.
This is usually polished by using 600# sandpaper.
Optical Smooth Finish
Polish with 1500# sandpaper.
